Shipping Policy

How are orders shipped? 

Orders are carefully packed and shipped via USPS or UPS within 3–5 business days. Each ceramic piece is wrapped individually with protective material to ensure safe transit.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Claytigo ships within the United States. For international inquiries, please email info@claytigo.net.

How long does shipping take? 

Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking information will be sent to your email.

Return Policy

Can I return a piece?

Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@claytigo.net within 7 days with photos, and I will refund if applicable.

What if my piece arrives broken?

Reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and piece. Replacements or refunds are handled case-by-case.

Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards, debit cards, and standard digital wallet options are available at checkout. Commissions could be PayPal or Venmo.

Are all pieces food safe? 

Most pieces are food-safe, pet-friendly glazes and are fired to maturity. The description will specify which are not food-safe or microwave-safe.

Are pieces dishwasher safe?

Yes, though hand-washing is recommended to preserve the glaze finish over time.

Can I commission custom work?

Absolutely — see the Commission page for the full process. Custom pieces are agreed upon between the commissioner and the artist.
