Shipping Policy

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning Clay’tigo in any capacity, you agree to the terms of service outlined below. All terms are subject to change only if discussed and mutually agreed upon with the artist prior to the start of the commission.

 

Work-in-progress (WIP) photos are available upon request and will be automatically provided for commissions exceeding $50 USD. WIPs may also be shared if additional clarification is needed regarding design, glaze, or form.

 

Commission timelines may take up to two (2) months to complete, depending on factors including

  • order volume

  • piece complexity

  • studio scheduling

  • kiln availability

  • personal/professional obligations

If any significant delays arise, you will be notified as soon as possible. In the rare event that a commission cannot be completed, a full refund will be issued

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

PAYMENT METHODS

​Clay’tigo reserves the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time prior to completion.

  • Art Commissioners may not cancel or request a refund once payment has been received and work has begun.

  • If payment has not yet been submitted, the commissioner may cancel without penalty.

 

Open communication is encouraged. Minor changes during the early stages of a commission are welcome and can often be accommodated. 

  • Shipping is available within the United States only.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated separately.

  • All ceramic pieces are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

  • Once a piece has been shipped, Clay’tigo is not responsible for carrier delays.

Returns are not accepted for completed ceramic commissions. If a piece arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact Clay’tigo within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of:

  • The damaged item

  • Original packaging

  • If damage is verified, Clay’tigo will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or partial/full refund at the artist’s discretion.
