Your satisfaction means everything to me. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, I’m here to help make it right.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

To start a return or exchange, please reach out with your order details and I’ll guide you through the process.

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow a few business days for the refund to process

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece:

• Contact me within 48 hours of delivery

• Include photos of the item and packaging

• I’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible

Please note:

• I am a locally owned small business

• At this time, I only ship within the United States

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Because ceramics are fragile, I take extra care in wrapping:

• Items are cushioned with protective materials to prevent breakage

• Double-boxing is used for especially delicate or larger pieces

• Eco-friendly and recyclable packaging is used whenever possible

• Every order is packed by hand with attention to detail

If your order is a gift, feel free to request a note at checkout—I'm happy to include one!

Orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination.

• Processing time: [5–9 business days]

• Delivery time: [2–7 business days within the U.S.]

• Tracking information is provided once your order ships

For handmade or made-to-order pieces, please allow additional time for creation before shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Package weight and size

• Shipping destination

• Selected shipping speed

You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
