• Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow a few business days for the refund to process

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece:

• Contact me within 48 hours of delivery

• Include photos of the item and packaging

• I’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible

• Every order is packed by hand with attention to detail
